    Job Description
    • Market Development & Customer Management: Drive overseas market expansion, conduct customer visits and business negotiations, maintain long-term customer relationships, and follow up on payment collection to ensure timely settlement.

    • Sales Activity Organization & Execution: Plan and implement sales activities such as participating in professional exhibitions, market and customer development, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

    • Market Information Collection & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, collect and analyze market information including competitors’ products, pricing, and marketing strategies.

    • Sales Strategy & Plan Formulation: Develop and implement sales plans in line with the company’s sales strategy, including setting sales targets, formulating sales plans, and executing sales forecasts.

    • Communication & Coordination: Communicate with customers via telephone, email, social media and other channels; coordinate with internal departments; handle customer complaints and maintain relationships.

    • Foreign Trade & Logistics Management: Develop markets and customers through various platforms and resources; participate in import and export order processing; coordinate logistics and freight forwarding matters.

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business English or related fields.

    • Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with fluent communication skills to interact with overseas clients and successfully secure sales orders.

    • Familiar with the geography, culture and business practices of Southeast Asia, Americas, Europe or other overseas regions; proficient in overseas sales processes and negotiation techniques.

    • Strong pressure resistance, willingness to accept overseas business trips, and a high level of passion and commitment to overseas sales.

    • At least 3 years of overseas sales experience in composite materials; prior experience in overseas sales of carbon fiber-related products is highly preferred.
